As a mother of two, I at one point found myself self-conscious about my body and health. Which led me to do something about it, which completely changed not just my life but my family’s life.
Now I want to help as many women as I can transform their health and grow our community. We have an awesome group of women who encourage and support each other. Holding ourselves accountable can be difficult, and that is why our health goals are often missed.
